My love and passion for ballet and dance started from a very young age; I started dancing at the age of 5 and have never stopped.

At 16 I auditioned for several London ballet/dance schools and accepted a place at the Arts Education School in Chiswick where for 3 years I trained mostly in ballet and contemporary dance, taught by some of the best teachers in their field.

I then embarked on a professional dance career and spent 10 years travelling the world, dancing in shows. I spent a lot of time in Austria and Germany performing as a dancer in the European Tour of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, as well as a year in Portugal working for Belinda King in her renowned showcases.

Back at home I performed at the Royal Albert Hall numerous times as well as a backing dancer at The Brit Awards 1998.

After years of travelling and performing I decided to come back to the UK to do my teacher training, and in 2009 I qualified with the British Theatre Dance Association (B.T.D.A), in teaching ballet, tap and modern jazz. I set up a dance school in Woodbridge which I ran for several years and successfully ran examination sessions and yearly shows.

Following the birth of my daughter in 2014 I decided to concentrate on teaching pre-school children to allow myself time with my family and being a Mummy.  I now focus on pre-school/primary school age children, as I love being the start in a childs journey of falling in love with ballet and dance. I love seeing children express themselves through the medium of dance, and seeing their confidence, personalities and abilities flourish.
